Because our products are custom-made upon order through a print-on-demand process, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below to clarify what qualifies for returns or exchanges.
1. Order Issues Covered by Our Return Policy
We offer replacements or refunds in the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage so we can assess and resolve the issue.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, size, or color, we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
- Misprints: In the rare case of a misprint, please contact us for a replacement.
For eligible claims, contact us at penguinrevolution.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind)
- Incorrect sizes ordered (please consult our size guide before purchasing)
- Color variations (slight color differences may occur due to screen settings)
3. Return Process for Eligible Cases
To start a return for a damaged or defective item:
- Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Once we review and approve the claim, we will either refund the purchase amount or send a replacement.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
